Take Exit 60 towards Blacks Harbour / Grand Manan / Lake Utopia. Turn right on to Route 785 North. Travel for 8 kms and you will find Utopia Estates on your left. Note: You will pass Lake Utopia Convenience Store / Wilsons Gas Station at 5 kms.
From St. Stephen:
Take Exit 56 towards St. George / Deer Island / Lake Utopia. Turn left on to Route 780, then another left on to Route 785 North. Travel for 6 kms and you will find Utopia Estates on your left. Note: You will pass Lake Utopia Convenience Store / Wilsons Gas Station at 3 kms.
